Each of LNC National Directory's listings for each customer comes with a No Risk, 100% Unconditional 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract (beginning on the day you make payment for services), you will be given a full refund of the contract amount less the set-up fee (this is the time consumed actually typing and placing your listing on our websites).  The set-up fee is $25.00.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and video-mail are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. If sending by e-mail or video-mail you must direct the cancellation to billing@lncnationaldirectory.com.  No other e-mail address will be constituted as a cancellation and therefore would not be deemed cancelled.
